Frequently Asked Questions
How do I order and pay for a print?
I accept PayPal, or I can arrange a bank transfer, if that is what you prefer.
What are the delivery costs?
£10 per single UK order.
More than one print: free UK delivery.
Stretch canvas print, please enquire.
Non-UK delivery, please enquire.
How long will it take to be delivered?
Each picture is individually printed to order by small independent printers in a Hahnemülhe authorised studio. Depending on time of year your picture should arrive 10-14 working days from receipt of order and payment. This time frame for delivery applies only to UK orders.
Can I return the print if it is not what I want when I see it?
Please return the picture within 10 calendar days if you are not satisfied for any reason and I will give a full refund (excluding postage). The work remains your responsibility until it is returned safely to me.
What is the difference between an individual print and a limited-edition print?
An individual print is a ‘one off’ original artwork. I will have created the piece in my digital art studio, but it will only ever be printed once as an archival quality print. It has a vertical signature on the bottom right and a certificate of authenticity explaining the printing process and the paper grade. There are no other editions of these prints.
A ‘limited edition’ is a print of similar quality, but a pre-designated number of prints are available to be purchased, generally a maximum of 25 worldwide.
How do I know that I am receiving a genuine limited-edition print?
Each print is numbered and is strictly limited. You are also provided with a numbered certificate of authenticity that I sign.
What are 'Certificates of Authenticity'?
Single prints are sent with a signed and dated certificate to warrant that it is a one-off original artwork. The certificate also mentions the technical specifications of the printing process and the paper used.
Limited edition prints are similarly numbered and authenticated with a separate signed and dated certificate showing when you became the owner of that numbered print.
You show some pictures in frames on the website and social media - is that what I will receive?
No, these are just to show you what they will look like in a frame. Prints are unframed.
However, single prints and editions can be made up as giclée stretch canvases, sometimes also known as 'museum wrap' canvas prints. These are ready to be hung, or you can also frame these.
Can you frame the prints for me?
No, that's not something I can offer. However, please ask if you want the print made up as a stretch canvas in place of a paper print. There is an additional cost depending on size. These are canvases made over a wooden internal frame and are ready to go on the wall.
