How I use your email

A short, plain-English note about studio notes

When you sign up for my studio notes, you give me your email address for one purpose: so I can send you my occasional letters — new work, exhibition news, and what is inspiring me. No more than monthly, often less.

What I collect. Just your email address, and the date you subscribed. Nothing else.

What I do with it. I use it to send you studio notes. That's all. I don't sell it, rent it, share it, or pass it to advertisers. There are no tracking pixels hiding in my letters, and I won't email you about anything unrelated to my art practice.

Where it lives. Your address is stored securely within my ArtworkArchive.com account where I keep my art practice contacts. Under the UK's data protection rules, this processing rests on your consent — meaning it continues only for as long as you want it to.

How to stop. Every letter ends with a reminder how to leave the list. You can also email me at any time at Catrin@catrinohara.studio and I will remove you myself, promptly and cheerfully.

Your rights. At any time you may ask me to confirm what I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or hand you a copy. Write to Catrin@catrinohara.studio and I will do it within one calendar month.

Who I am. This newsletter is run by Catrin O’Hara, Chichester, UK. You can reach me anytime at catrin@catrinohara.studio.
